I was checking roll of pennies that I bought. I'm new to numismatics and error&variety coins. This coin was only one that looked little odd (1989 date, last 9).

Sorry for the picture quality but my phone can't handle any better pictures. Any opinions about this coin is it DDO or am I just imaging?

Looks like there might be a light source coming in from the left..right.. If so, this would give the appearance of something more than what it really is. (reflection)
