Perhaps VF-25 and VF-20,respectively, with some concern about porosity on the cent.

1) It looks like it would make EF-40.
2) VF-20, possibly Details.

XF 40 on the dollar .. hard to tell from them picture. Not sure if the
thumb print on obverse is on coin or holder. And if the obverse is just glare
or cleaned. I think $400 is a fair price.

The cent looks VF details - light corrosion- which is common on these classic heads.

$25 is a very good price. It can be hard to find nice classic heads with
good eye appeal.
Rest in Peace

i have the dollar at XF40 reverse XF45 obverse. it could go either way. normally when I have a split grade i'll go with the obverse. fingerprint on obverse is a bummer

on the LC I think it can make VF25 details, moderate porosity. its actually not bad and as GR58 stated, its quite common

Very nice additions Atlas

I think the dollar at $400 is a good purchase.
Not sure about the large cent at $212 but it is a lower mintage.
Rest in Peace

$212 not so wonderful since it would almost certainly be graded VF Details.
