Someone referred this error as "looking like you could fill it with water" in another post a while back. Did the best I could to show whats going on in the image attached. The LC is convex on the front and concave on the back. Can someone tell me the technical name ?

The technical name would be PMD, it is not an error. A coin struck between two dies with the collar in place cannot have any sort of curvature. The only exception would be the three baseball commemoratives that were intentionally struck with concave/convex dies.
