This could be an Akce from Mecca dated in the 15th century. Better pics would help to confirm.

Ok well hmm. Just resizing and adjusting the sharpness of the original pics won't bring them into focus.

That said, I'm fairly convinced that the top pic contains the inscription "Mecca Feld" or something like that. An in-focus pic of the rev (second pic) would most likely give me a clue as to the date.
