What's a podcast. I hope that you realize that many of the folks on here can't even turn on a cellphone, let alone actually own one. I personally am in that boat and genuinely have no idea what a podcast is.

okie: a podcast is a recording.... sometimes they're video recordings sometimes they're voice recordings. And they talk about certain topics or issues.. people who subscribe to the podcasts then can listen or watch the recordings at their leisure.
So there's podcasts on different sports.. (perhaps the sooners if you're a fan) or finances or what ever other topic of interest.. most podcasts are free but have some sort of advertizing although there are some that are paid subscription...
To answer the OP's question.... Awhile ago I looked for a few... but never found any..

Here's the link if you want to sign up to listen to the previous shows. http://pocketchangeradio.com/Just tuned in to the November 1st show with a local dealer. Thanks for the reminder Mike. Should be interesting given some of the things that have transpired over the past year. I take it that this is your first guest appearance?

Thank you, for the explanation and the link. I signed up. Do you have to tune in at the exact time that it is to be broadcast? Mikey and I are buds and usually room together at the T.O. coin shows. His counterfeit talks are VERY interesting.

Do you have to sign up in order to listen? I went there yesterday and I couldn't find any archives to listen to.

They will send an email after sign up for access to archived shows. I haven't received the email yet but am expecting it to come.

It will be interesting. Yes, it will be my first time on the show. A candid PUBLIC discussion is long over due.

Counterfeits. The numismatic organizations which do absolutely nothing to educate and or fight the proliferation of them. How the counterfeits affects each and every collector. The RCM indifference to them. Same old stuff from a new soap box.

Quote: Do you have to sign up in order to listen? By accessing the radio station website http://www.bluewaterradio.ca just prior to the 8pm broadcast you should be able to listen live. Looking forward to receiving a newsletter from Rick soon. The show may run an hour but the guest has considerably less airtime than that. I'm sure that Rick Dupuis will have an interesting time with this topic, particularly if he accepts questions.
