Could Someone Explain This 1943 Half Dollar For Me?

chaddychadball87 New Member United States 24 Posts	Posted 11/13/2016 01:31 am On the backside you can see a visible print of some sort & the eagles claw on his foot runs directly into the root or whatever it is making it look as if it's still his claw.on the front side there is something up under the persons left foot?
