On the backside you can see a visible print of some sort & the eagles claw on his foot runs directly into the root or whatever it is making it look as if it's still his claw.on the front side there is something up under the persons left foot? Does anyone see anything else that sticks out about this coin?

One of the places your pointing to is the Designers Initials;

I'm really not seeing anything unusual, even though I tried blowing up the areas that you arrow to.

Here's three different graded 1943 WLHs (the last one an S Mint).


Maybe these will help? (BTW: For your coin, I see a normal Walking Liberty half, with the weird shoe on Miss Liberty's right foot on the obverse and the designer's intials on the reverse)
