Please can anyone help me to identify this coin,it is 4.5cms diameter,I think it may be russian but unable to ID

It's a fake.

I've seen it described as purpoting to be a 17th century Russian rouble.

Hi put a magnet to it, so think it's copper,

Thanks for the welcome,normally look for old scottish coins on ebay etc

Anything up to the Union.

But brought this with an adolf hitler 1935 5RM whick I now think is a fake also

Indeed, there were no such coins.
There were patterns from 1942 which featured him, if I remember correctly.
