I did not mention this to the seller as I don't want to educate anyone making fake errors what they did wrong.. Is there any way you can edit out the PUP below after you view this? #1) link to fake overprint error and message I sent the seller advising his note is not a genuine error. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2009-US-Cur...AOSwr2RYKQBM PUP = the black "ONE" printed under the upper green Seal is part of the 2nd printing process, not the 3rd Printing..
