Hello everybody ( specially Circus ) : In these old forums http://goccf.com/t/264637 and http://goccf.com/t/167825 there were different opinions for a token saying that maybe it could be a USA military token ,a Vietnam token ,a WWI token or a prohibition token , . I bought yesterday a similar token ( 10 C ) but in this case with both sides equal ,and Searching for a long time in google - Internet I did not see a matching example ;in my inexpert opinion I think that this token could be a French militar or sustitution Jeton ,dates 1890-1920 , because 1) In France they used to put a C for centimes and a _ below the C and 2) the font of the numbers ,but I am not sure , and I want and will appreciate your opinions and additional information. Thanks a lot

It could also be something similar to a "picker's token" and I agree it probably is of a French speaking origin. But remember there were a LOT of countries that spoke French and used Centimes decades ago.

I would say your chance of finding where this originated with the few details available are pretty marginal.
