Hi, can anyone help with this tiny Roman coin found on the Thames? It's only 11mm in diameter and I think is bronze.

Not a lot of detail to go by but I believe your coin might be Allectus 293 -296 AD.

In the future when you post images can you use the Upload Image feature we have here? Photobucket has too many embedded unwanted files that can contain virsus.

Not Allectus, but a "barbarous" (unofficial) copy.

The antoninianii between Gallienus and Aurelian's reform were small, but more on the 14-18mm range, not 11mm. Barbarous radiates frequently were under 14mm; my smallest is 8mm.

Still a nice find though!
