Unfortunately, a coin is from a friend and can not shoot better.
He lives in another city and, despite many attempts, I could not teach him.
He informed me the dimensions: 16-18mm and 4.37gm.

I suspect it's a Pergamon issue with Athena obverse and a crude Asklepios seated reverse. I'll grab some pics for comparison soon.

I could be wrong but Pergamon, with Asklepios seated left, seems to me a likely candidate...For a while I was seeing the reverse figure as standing, confusing the seat with a leg. But then I realized a rear leg (knee) is visible behind the front knee...so that hooked shape, lower right, is a seat.


KINGS OF PERGAMON. Time of Philetairos - Attalos III (Circa 281-133 BC). Ae.
Obv: Helmeted head of Athena right.
Rev: Asklepios seated left, feeding snake out of patera.
