I hate finger prints ..

I would rather have a cleaned coin, than one with finger prints

You would be surprised how many coins come out of a freshly opened mint bag with fingerprints on them. Back in the day, mint workers would sort and move the coins around with their bare hands, mostly looking for defects and moving them into bags.
