Canada 1932 1 Cent - Possible Error?

I think its a vise job, but just wanted some other opinions.

Weight is 3.2 g, so within range of a normal 1932.
The 'Rex Et Ind' cant be seen, and it looks like there is an 'O' overtop of the crown.

I saw that on ebay and my gut told me "vise job". Gotta go with the gut!

try making one of those microscopes from a laser pointer as mentioned in coin photography on this site just finished one works great and inexpensive
