1999-P Lincoln Cent Missing Zinc Coating?

Harry213 Pillar of the Community United States 1126 Posts	Posted 11/25/2016 10:15 pm Zinc Memorial Cents Do Not have, nor have they ever had, a Zinc coating. They have a micro thin copper coating. Zinc is a shiny white metal that turns black when oxidized. Copper is a bright red metal that turns brown then green when oxidized. You are looking at 2 completely normal looking cents.
