Dealer listed coin as :
Denarius of Commodus, 180-192 AD., Rome mint.
Av. drap. bust with laur. head right
Rv. Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus and brunch
weight is 3,05gr.

But I cant seem to find a match for this coin, and it looks kinda funny.

The obverse is pretty corroded and the legend is unreadable, the bust might be Commodus but I can't say for sure.

Commodus became consul for the fourth time in 183, when his beard was in full "crazy mountain man" mode. The beardless portrait is much more typical of his earlier coins as Caesar under his father. I also couldn't find any examples on Wildwinds with just "COS IIII" on the reverse.

The corroded spots do look authentic, but it also looks more typical of a later, lower purity silver.

I am almost wondering if it could be Geta or Severus Alexander?

I think that you have a mule between this one reverse:
Antoninus Pius 138-161, Denarius circa 140, ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P Laureate head right. COS IIII Felicitas standing left, holding branch and long caduceus. RIC 130. C. 258. BMC 527.

And this obverse:
Commodus. AD 177-192. AR Denarius. Rome mint. Struck AD 180. L AVREL COM MODVS AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / TR P V IMP III COS II P P, Fortuna seated left, holding rudder in right hand, cornucopia in left; wheel of four spokes below seat. RIC III 2 var. (bust type); MIR 18, 461-14/37; RSC 780a; BMCRE 810-2 var. (same).

I suppose that due the time lapsus between these two coins your coin was made by an ancient forger

that is a really interesting theory, are contemporary fakes sought after?

Generally yes. Provided that they are genuine antiquities, a contemporary counterfeit might be worth a little less than its genuine counterpart, or highly unusual fakes (like a mule of two types made nearly 30 years apart) could be worth more.
