That is MD not a DDR.

It is Machine Doubling. Use the search box upper left of page,tons of info.

The doubling is from the die on a doubled die.
The Machine Doubling is caused by the machine on a normal or on a doubled die. But the end result is the same. MD will reduce the devices, where as hub doubling enlarges the devices:

Note these two examples. MD on the left, a doubled die on the right.
