Just noticed that it has a 1976 REV and a 1977 OBV ?
is that possible

I think most of them are like that. It's not a 1977 OBV, although I get what you mean. The 1977 nickel dollars had those thick rims on both sides and I'm guessing that's where you got the idea from?
