I think I can see what you are talking about, it's strongest on the W of WE.

That isn't a doubled die.

The areas above the motto are Die Deterioration and the areas on the inside loops are with the same or slight machine damage on those areas. But as John1 mentioned, not a doubled die. Welcome to the forum.

Thanks to all for your commments I just find it so hard to differentiate between machine damage deterioration and an actual doubled die its kinda frustrating
