MS63. This coin was struck from worn dies that have been overpolished, this can be seen clearly in the leaves and torch and obverse in the hair, also has numerous die polishing lines and heavy flow lines. If that's PVC residue on the front, it needs to be removed with acetone ASAP.

yup, see the green stuff on it now. Can you point me to a thread discussing how to use acetone safely? Thanks!

I think 63 is tops - the reverse right field is a mess. We are talking about a coin of little value here - that's it for me.
