IN NECESSARIIS UNITAS - IN DUBIIS LIBERTAS - IN OMNIBUS CARITAS
THE MAN IN THE ARENA, Theodore Roosevelt at the Sorbonne Paris on April 23, 1910: "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. Probably an old cleaning, could have been a hundred years back. Otherwise, I might put an AU50 on it.

tough to tell with such small pics but at first glance here it seems to be toned over from a cleaning. potentially a harsh cleaning at that. bigger pics would help on this coin.

at best, right now using these pics, I am thinking EF Details.

Paid $44 bucks for this coin in an auction. Started at $30 and got in a bidding war with another guy. My stop was at $45. Just got it, yeay, but paid $1 below my ceiling. Boo.
