tough to tell with such small pics but at first glance here it seems to be toned over from a cleaning. potentially a harsh cleaning at that. bigger pics would help on this coin.
at best, right now using these pics, I am thinking EF Details.

Paid $44 bucks for this coin in an auction. Started at $30 and got in a bidding war with another guy. My stop was at $45. Just got it, yeay, but paid $1 below my ceiling. Boo.

Larger, re-shot and rotated pics. I really cannot figure out why the image reverts back when it looks right on the screen. Help!
