I'm looking for some help identifying exactly what I have here. I've verified the coin was graded by SEGS but that's about it. Anything you can share about this coin will be greatly appreciated.

"First Strike" is typically a marketing term used by Third Party Graders as the US Mint does not normally keep track of the emission sequence of coin strikes. The TPGs usually define "First Strike" as a coin issued within 30 days of the official release date.

What you have is actually one of the first business strike Sacagawea dollars, struck at a ceremony held at the Philadelphia Mint on November 18, 1999. Everyone who attended the ceremony later received one of these First Strike coins, estimated population is less than 600.

This is one of the few times when "First Strike" on a slab actually means something. I think those coins actually came in a presentation box, I would want the box as well. (Frankly I would prefer to have the coin still in the presentation box.)

OK checked the link biochemist provided and I see I was right on the presentation box.

I would check with Heritage Auctions. See what they need from you and expense of selling the coin for you. With that 'POP' that might mean more on auction there. HeritageCoins.com
