Still trying to learn how to grade (little break from IHC's).

I'll give this one f-12. Not sure if obverse scratches (near ribbon) will give it details and also I'm not sure about this coin fields (is it just silver toning or aftermath of cleaning (my opinion: not cleaned since no hairline scratches)).

And last, would this coin benefit from acetone bath?

I'm at fine 15/ vf20. If it was cleaned it has retoned over naturally.

F-12/15 . Does not look like it was cleaned . Acetone will not make this coin look better . The obverse scratches are distracting but might not be a details coin .

F15 but I think the scratches most likely would pull a details designation
Rest in Peace

Graffiti to right of third star on obverse would detail it.

Circulation cameo, not cleaned.
