I like this coin a lot. Any thoughts on grade?

It appears Mint State and likely Choice but not close to Gem. MS63 from what I can see. It would need blazing luster to have a shot at 64 IMO.

I also have this Peace dollar. This has a little dark toning on one side. Which one is better compared to the one on top of the thread?

MS-63+. I'd go 64 but I think the couple of luster breaks from handling, which I don't think are wear, would hold it back.

I think I prefer the second one, but in any event the first obverse pic is too blurred for an educated opinion, imho.

The second one looks MS-63, but the first one is hard to tell with the blurry obverse picture.
