I usually stick to to LC's but I got this in change and looked at it. I don't really know what to look for on these but this one seems interesting. I don't see a listing for it so it may just be MD. What do you all think ? Thanks for the help.

It looks like MD to me. These devices are incuse on the coin. So machine damage makes them wider when this happens. But there is also a bit of MD on the 'F' on the initials. On the die the letters on the ATB Quarters are raised to make them incuse. So the devices are enlarged during MD. I would expect the devices to be smaller on a hub doubled die. Similar to the 2013 cent devices on the reverse on EPU on cent:

Note on the incuse devices the DDR on them is smaller than a normal die reverse. I would expect to see this on the ATB Quarters. So far I've not seen that on them .... yet....

True. I now know what an ATB DDR does not look like.

I've saving 100 ATB Quarters to get a percentage of how often this doubling occurs on these coins. It is a high percentage that varies from mild to strong MD. Still getting them from circulation. Not got that many of them yet about 75 so far.
