Suggest true photos rather than scans for the best input. Your coin appears rather bland in these washed-out images - I'll bet it's much nicer than it appears.

Take frogs advise on scans. It's tough enough to get or give honest evaluations with photos only.
This is very close to mint state, but not quite.

less light is better. the reflective light is washing out the actual surfaces and the amount of luster remaining cannot be determined.

I am in at AU55. Some better pictures may help - but I think I see enough to say this is not MS.

If you're scanning a coin, it never seems to show the true condition, if you can...show us a photo most members are saying AU+ and such but, I believe the coin is in a mint state condition just trying to get it somewhat right..
