Hello, I'm new here!

I've been posting this coin around trying to get an idea of what it could be worth but I just realized that my coin has a lamination error on its reverse as well as it's obverse, or at least I think so.

So I have two questions.

1. Is this a Double lamination error? People have been telling me that the obverse is definitely a lamination error but they haven't really mentioned the reverse.

2. What exactly is my coin worth? If its hard to really give an exact value then tell me what you personally would pay for it.

I posted pics of my coin here on photobucket:

Thanks in advance for your input.

The 1917 P Walking Liberty half has the largest mintage for any WLH all the way up until 1940. Likewise, it is the easiest of all pre-1933 WLH to find in higher grades, all the way to MS-65.

So this is a fairly common coin in the grade you are showing, which I'd put right about G -06.

The two marks on the front and the one on reverse may be lamination errors, although they just look like big marks to me. Someone with more knowledge of such errors will chime in, I'm sure.

For me, even if it was lamination errors, I wouldn't pay much more that $6 for this coin.

Agree with mox - very common coin, which looks damaged to me and not a lamination candidate. Value - melt.

If it is lamination, you could check for values here. Keep in mind to look for a comparable grade!
