There is one on ebay for less than $5. It mentions 75% silver. So it does have value.

It depends on your definition of junk. Has .0965 oz of silver but this date is the highest mintage for the series type.

One neat thing is that it was minted at the San Francisco, California mint!

The Philippines was a US territory from 1898 to 1946, the Manila Mint(M mintmark) had the honor of being the only US branch mint located outside of the United States. However, Manila could not supply the coinage needs for the entire country so a significant amount of Filipino coins were also struck in San Francisco(S mintmark).
