Did Federal Reserve Banks Release Coin Rolls?

This isn't really coin roll hunting, just about rolls. I have a couple OBW rolls (wheat cents) from the 1950's that have, "Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City" printed on them. I've had similar on early LMC rolls.

I know about the signs and symptoms of bogus "Original Bank Wrapped" coins & can usually at least verify the existence of banks during the periods the rolls were ostensibly released. I'm just not sure about ones from the Fed.

Anybody know for sure on this point?
