SilverDon Pillar of the Community Canada 2360 Posts	Posted 12/09/2016 5:07 pm Looks to me like an identical Starburst error as the one posted by SPP in this thread. Check it out the same year. I have the Mountie Quarter with same error. It is die deterioration where the die was scratched in a radial pattern and this was transferred to the coins.
