Hello... I was wondering if the "H" in the word White is considered an error?

to CCF. Is the line sunk in like the lettering or raised? It looks like it took a hit. No error, sorry.

The devices on the outer ring on the ATB Quarters are incuse, not raised. If a coin could make a well placed hit on that area and not affect the letter, but add to the letter. That is the case on your coin. I'm still saving the new ATB Quarters to get 100 of them so I can determine how many of the ATB Quarter have MD on the incuse design. I'm trying to figure a ratio of how much of a percentage of these coins are affected with machine damage during/after the strike. (I say before the strike because these devices are raised on the die, so it the die moved before the strike, that could alter the devices) The MD coins will be enlarged because of this action. So I'm working on getting a percentage of the affected ones.
