It is 1962-D RPM-015. An overlay matches perfectly.

EDIT: Sorry, I misunderstood the question. I guess you are trying to find out which die state it is. Take a look at the photos on the link I posted, they should help.

The circulation damage makes it a hard call. It is a RPM. It looks like the V.V. 1962-D RPM-015 The location is close. But the coin condition leaves a lot to be desired.

[b]Looks like there was an East looking at the stage 'B' example. That would make it a D/D/D, but they didn't acknowledge it. It is gone on the stage 'C' that polished it off the die. So that maybe the example found first and then they ignored the East center line when it was found later on?
