The bills are numbered EUU2877921-EUU2877925.
Are these keepers, or spenders?

I like the art work on the $20 and $50 from this series the most... If I was you if they're in CUNC condition I'd keep one.. but they're not going to appreciate in value and I don't think you'll get much for 'em on ebay

Unless they are stars, spend.

By stars, do you mean replacement notes?

he does.. but cdn paper notes haven't had asterisks on them for awhile.... this series didn't To find out if they're replacements you have to check the SNDB (serial number data base)

I'd save all 5 of them, not common to see the Journey Series anymore. Consider it as a rainy day emergency stash, bank interest hardly pays anything, what's the harm, it's always still worth face value.

It is the emergency fund that was found stashed away. I'm cashing in and wanted to see if I have anything above face. I figured it was a slab in the dark at being above face.
Thanks for the replies.

I'd call them 'spenders'.

Depends on the condition. If they are crisp uncirculated bills with absolutely no wear they are at least worth double face value, so I would keep them.

If they had some defects such soft corners or even a little crease or fold I would spend it.

If I were you I would keep the two best condition notes and spend the rest, as they are paper money and it is very rare to see paper money in circulation. However, I did manage to get a crisp UNC $5 paper note in change last week.
