Ok, I just downloaded the PCGS Photograde app and by comparison I'm seeing this as VF25, maybe VF30. Do you agree?

Did you use flash taking the picture?

I used my phone for this and I typically avoid using the flash. In this case, no flash, overhead CFL Daylight lighting and no editing other than cropping.

For me , this is a problem coin .F-15/VF-20 Details cleaned.
and unsightly scratches .

Yeah, I was just curious about the flash because sometimes using bright flash can make a coin look cleaned.
