I'm not good enough to grade these but it looks like most of the pics are overexposed or the white balance is wonky.
Better pics, I think, would help.

Agree based on pics they all look like cleaned coins probably due to overexposure

Not sure what camera type you're using, but if you could back off - 2/3 to a full stop, that would help. Otherwise if they are blown out due to flash, try flashing through a piece of paper or waxed paper. Anything to diffuse the flash.

I would love to answer your questions as it's an area I do know well, but I simply can't help at all with those photos.

The pictures are over exposed, but from what I can see, I'd say that these coins have been cleaned to death with Gorham Silver Polish. My mother used the stuff on her silverware.
Unfortunately they are a lost cause. They could only serve as a filler for a collector on a tight budget, or you might carry them as pocket pieces in an effort to create "the most worn." PGCS actually has a registry for that, but they have to get into a PCGS holder in Poor-01 or maybe Fair-02 which is not as easy as it sounds.

Even in the bad photos we can see they have been cleaned and will only get a details grade.

Impossible to offer an informed opinion based on the photographs provided ... I have some level of expertise in this series ... both MS and circulated examples ... and would be willing to help if you can provide accurate photographs of the coins as they actually appear in hand.
There is an entire CCF forum dedicated to coin photography ... you might check in there for some assistance.
From what I can see ... these are relatively common examples that have likely been badly cleaned/polished ... again that might be the photography.
None appear to be high grade MS ... and for absolute certain none would be of interest to the few of us who treasure them in true circulated state.

Thank you all for your input. I have been a little busy at work. Hoping to take better pictures this weekend and post them here. Thanks again.
