I have posted this on the main forum yesterday after finding it in a coin jar. After looking at PCGS auction histories, it is important to be accurate on a grade before submitting for professional grading. Especially with membership fees and such.

I think the coin could pull MS-64 or 65 if the marks on the head and chin are deemed bag marks. Per auction results, it is not worth grading if it can not pull 67. I don't think it quite makes the cut. Opinions please.

A couple of obverse hits alone to keep it at 63.

Nowhere close to being good enough to TPG.

But keep searching, good things are found every day.

Thanks, I didn't think it made the cut. there is about a $400 difference between 66 and 67. It could have helped replace my now dead van, otherwise I would never consider selling.
