These types of images seem to only originate from the PCGS office in Hong Kong.
If these were graded in the US the Trueview images would have been provided.
These types of images are pretty much useless for looking at a coins finer details .

To my knowledge satellite offices dont grade coins, the mearly process to send to the US to be graded and the fees reflect the shipping.usually my submissions are true view these are not.

The Hong Kong office does grade coins and from what I have seen the standards are a bit "Looser" than the US office.

I think that someone is telling you "porkies".
All the "secure" submissions that have been graded at Hong Kong that I know about get these crummy NGC like images and ALL the submissions sent to Newport Beach get the nice Trueview images.
Rest in Peace

It's Australian rhyming Slang.
"Porkies". Short for Telling Pork Pies = Lies
