Photos have a tendency to show problems more than when the coin is in your hand. That said, the obverse ticks alone really bring this into a 62 grade. You might pick up a market grade plus for the bright red original surfaces taking it to a 63, but that is uncertain.

It's not a coin I'd TPG myself. All said, it is still a lovely bright example.
