Nice looking coin, not easy to find without circulation marks on the rim. Do you collect Kingdom coins or also republic ones?

Italian coins, especially after WWI, had really artistic designs, in my opinion.

I also collect most everything - usually counterfeit types. Among Italian issues I love the Art-deco styles. Any questions on counterfeits - please ask.

I do not only like Italy for providing my fiancee and myself with great food, wine and weather for a couple of weeks every year but also for their beautiful coins. I have a whole bunch of coins ranging from the 1870s until the pre-Euro era. However, most of them were minted during the reign of Vittorio Emanuele.
When we were traveling through Tuscany in September, I could buy several coins from Albania being occupied by Italy in WW2. In total there were 8 different denominations minted in Albania during the Italian occupation and I need only 4 more in order to complete that set.
My most beautiful Italian coin is a 1911 10 Centesimi commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Kingdom. I'd say this one is AU - I will try to take some proper photos on Sunday :)
Best regards from Berlin

Welcome to the forum Adpietri. I like the early designs on the Italian coins. This is my favourite... _Italy_10_Centesimi.jpg) Steve

@adpietri Nice coin and I can identify with the ancestry part to some degree. My step's family is straight Italian living (formerly) in Venezuela.
So now, I have an innate interest in the matter.
