From the tiny photos it appears well circulated, and as such worth very slightly more than silver melt value.

1950-S dimes do carry a little premium as they're actually the 5th lowest mintage coin in the entire set. The coin value guides I look at typically have 10 silver Roosevelt dimes which do command a premium over melt value in circulated grades: 1949 PDS, 1950 PS, 1951 S, 1952 S, and 1955 PDS. The 1958 P also usually commands a premium. Your coin looks to be in the VG/F range, and would probably fetch about $3.

I completely forgot I just sold a VG one of these for $3.49 on ebay last week...
