The sealed package includes coin, certificate, obverse and reverse photos, description and guarantee. The grading is consistent with current standards. Further data indicates they are from Atlanta, GA. I'm wondering if they were bought out by one of the other TPG. Report this Post to the Staff

I don't have much of a business education, so I don't know what paperwork was filed. But if paperwork was filed in Aug. 31 of 2001 for a company that was 15 years and 4 months old, I assume the company started in April of 1986. My document is dated prior to that, so I'm guessing Roger Conda of Tuscon, AZ purchased the company after it produced my TPG packet on July 25, 1985. I can't imagine them (or any lower-tier grader/slabber) being bought out -- as a service provider, they wouldn't have many tangible assets or intellectual property. I'm still betting it's a different company.
