That is not a capped die or a struck through die cap.

It is a damaged cent worth $0.01 or maybe $0.02 for Copper content.

It looks like it rolled down a really big hill.

Unfortunately, that is only a damaged coin worth a cent. But

The first clue on your coin is that it is out of round. The second clue is that the rim is altered. So it is PSD. (Post-Strike-Damaged)
