I'd appreciate some help, I see these all over ebay (plated) and am wondering if they are actually a counterfeit of something officially minted somewhere.

I probably won't respond until tonight I'm going out soon to spend some time with my daughter and grandkids.

The center of the obverse is a rendering of the seal of The Knights Templar, two knights on one horse, "seal of the soldiers of Christ" in the legend. The rest is basically gibberish on this one. Over the years many, many items have been struck using this seal as their focus. I don't think any are actually "official"

Looks like a web address in the bottom right hand quadrant of the reverse.

hmm I can't find an original of this, although I do note that these replicas are available on no-no for $0.30 each. The rev legend had a url in there at one point before the garbling.

Perhaps they have degraded the devices and legend sufficiently that this is no longer a replica?

These are just fantasies, not even copies of real coins.
