It is machine damage after/before the strike. The ATB Quarters have the incuse devices. (raised on the die) so any movement before or after the strike on these will enlarge the devices. A high percentage of the ATB Quarters show this. I'm still working on figuring a percentage yet. I'm saving random ATB Quarters I get in change. Then then I get 100 of them, then I can determine the percentages.
