Im not seeing the doubled face your talking about but I do see a nice sized die crack that runs from between the l&b to the bridge of his nose

Is the mark in front of the mouth raised, or incuse (sunk into the coin)? If it is sunk into the coin, then it is also damage. Just can't tell exactly from the images.

Given the lighting angle, it looks like the area in front of the mouth is incuse, but I can't be sure.

Then it is all just damage to the coin during circulation. (I like to be sure before I give my final assessment) The coin can be spent then. Thanks for you last comment. It helped a lot.
