The one outside was just ambient light. I planned on sending it to PCGS but wanted to get some opinions from folks who were much more familiar with this, like all of you who comment........Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

The mintmark doubling is just Machine Doubling and it can pretty much happen on any coin to include error/variety coins. Report this Post to the Staff
