If you're referring to the doubling on the nose and coat, it looks like MD to me. I think the post that forms the inside of the mintmark was chipped. Sorry, not seeing a DDO.

Pics of the whole obverse would help, but I'm not seeing any doubling there.

Upper inside loop of the 2 , right edges of the 9 and 7 , and bump on the 2 leg where it should be

It might be an example of Master Die Doubling which is pretty common for this year:

This can be seen on many dies from different mints that year. It is a doubled die, but because the the large percentage of these happening that year, there is no extra premium for them.

I see master die doubling, especially on the inside of the upper bend of the 2.
