Looks like one. Can you get a closer image of the designers initials in relation to the memorial ?

Yep, it is in good shape too. Most of the '98s I see look like a meat grinder got them.

When in doubt just look at the "G" in the designers initials - and if they are close to the memorial or farther away.

nice find... it seems to me that the 98 is the most common.. 2000 is the second most common.. 1999 is the rarest. (in my experience)...

For your stats I found 3 1998's in 145,000 and no 99' or 00' , it has me wondering maybe the 2000' were known and collected earlier ?

I found a 2000 in April '15 since then I found 4 98's and that's it. And don't know the number but a lot of rolls searched in that time
