Kind of a judgement call, they're in an area of Die Deterioration. I think they are trails though, they're all in the same direction and coming off the devices.

Its a tough call. Is there die deteriortion in other areas where the plating is splitting? If not, Id say it might be a trail die
Rest in Peace

Great close up. It might help to see the entire obverse and reverse.

The die is worn, but Trail Dies wear too.

That area maybe affected with gas bubble issue. The angles are different from coin to coin. Try pressing down on the raised area with a toothpick and see if they collapse?

I have 4 of these coins from the same roll - all the same. So I am thinking they are not plating bubbles. They don't pop.
