They do not look cleaned to me and the 2nd one clearly looks a higher grade.

These are both from the fun show. The second coin I purchased on the suspicion that is was undergraded. You guys helped confirm that.

I'm as far from an expert as you can get on early small eagle dollars, but I agree that the 2nd is undergraded in terms of technical grade.
