United Kingdom, 1855 Penny
A large penny wa commonly called cartwheel penny.

How-Far-Back-Can-We-Go?-Fourth-Edition!-Ended-At-1461-Waiting-On-1460-C.-E.-A.-H.-864

Not only it was large, there wasn't any indication of the face value in those days.

G D Luxemburg had adopted the Latin Monetary Union standard, though a lot of Dutch guilders still circulated. Mainly Belgian and French silver coins were used. The local mint only issued copper change in the mid 19th century.
